During the planning stages, we provide engineering consultation services to help you before, during, and after the purchase of your property.

Specific evaluations, such as soils testing for foundations, wetlands analysis, and leach field testing is offered. The costs associated with these preliminary investigations is minimal when compared to development costs if subsurface soils are unsuitable for conventional foundation and septic systems or if the site is not large enough to accommodate conventional systems.
